What you'll engage
ARMS
Stand tall on your reformer, core engaged. Pull the springs to your shoulders, then lower to your hips. Repeat.
GLUTES
Face away from your reformer in a plank, feet on the pads. Keep your core tight and alternate sliding each leg forward and back.
SHOULDERS
Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands on the handles. Push hips back and stretch your arms forward, keeping your core engaged.
BACK
Kneel on the board with hands on the handles. Lower your chest toward the board, then press back up with control. Keep your core tight throughout.
LOWER BODY
Stand facing away from your reformer, hands on your hips for balance. Place one foot on the moving pad and glide it back into a lunge, then return forward. Repeat with control.
